Biography

Camelia Ahmad is one of our Partner who have more than 14 years of experience, Amel has worked on several high-prole and handling various cases in connecting with the Industrial Relations, Corporate Matter, Investment, Commercial Litigation, Mining and also assist his client to mitigate the risk in carrying out its business activity.

With her impressive educational background in Business Law combined, her excellent communication skills and attention to detail, Amel also have extensive connection through various activities and organizations that she participates inter-alia: member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), Association of Receiver and Administration (AKPI), member the Indonesian of Capital Market and Legal Consultant (HKHPM), an active member of the Indonesia Labour Law Consultant Association (HKHKI).

Amel would be the first point of call on Corporate, Foreign Investment and Industrial Relations including but not limited to regarding Employee Agreement, Company Regulation and Employee Disputes.

Representative Legal Matters

• Assisted the labour union of a Multinational Company engaged in the oil and gas sector in conducting a study and providing input in connection with the existing Company Regulations and the draft Collective Labour Agreement to be further submitted and discussed with the Company and other Unions.
• Assisted a Multinational Company engaged in E-commerce to mitigate risks and assist the company in connection with the company's plan to restructure the organization including termination of employment on the grounds of an efficiency plan. We succeeded in helping the company realize its plans including terminating employment peacefully (100%) with zero disputes.
• Assisted in preparing and accompanying Foreign Companies in the mining sector to conduct, prepare, and compile all documents in connection with the GMS including but not limited to making GMS summons and documents needed regarding this matter.
• Prepared strategies, assisted, and represented a Domestic Company in the Oil and Gas sector as the Debtor in connection with the Debt Restructuring with Creditors based on the Homologation Agreement. We successfully negotiated with several Creditors to sign the debt restructuring settlement.
