As an investor or shareholder, we surely have a purpose to earn profits from shares owned in a Company. The general profits known are i) attending and voting in the General Meeting of Shareholders ("GMS"); ii) receiving the remianing assets of liquidation of the Company; and iii) periodically earning profits in the form of Dividends or Company profits sharing.
